Saleem Jafar
Jafar serves as the President of Odyssey Residential Holdings, LP (ORHLP). Over the past decade, Saleem has acquired, financed and developed 25 multifamily and senior projects totaling in excess of $800 million in development cost in affordable housing. He has a BS/MBA in Industrial management/Computer Sciences cum Laude from the Stuart School of Management & Finance, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois. Jafar is listed in Who’s Who in American Society & Business, Who’s Who of International Professionals & Entrepreneurs, and Who’s Who in the Real Estate and Development Industries. He is a sponsor and member of the North Texas Housing Coalition, and is a member of the Texas Association of Affordable Housing.
Dewey Stevens
Stevens serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Odyssey Residential Construction (ORC). He has more than 30 years of construction management experience in single and multifamily housing, commercial, industrial, educational, and institutional sectors. With Odyssey, Stevens oversees all phases of construction development including the hiring of management personnel, management of field personnel, insuring contract compliance, negotiating purchase agreements, and more. Stevens is a graduate of Kennedy Western University with a degree in Business Administration.
Janice Appleton
Appleton serves as the Assistant Controller for Odyssey. She has over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry.
Melissa R. Adami
Adami serves as the Director of Project Development for ORH. Adami is a CPA with a Bachelor and Masters degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business. She is also a CFA candidate. Adami manages new project development, financial reporting, federal and state tax returns, 8609 Cost Certification, and annual Housing Tax Credit Applications.
Laura Brown
Brown serves as the VP of Human Resources and manages accounts payable and has been with Odyssey for five years.
Joe Cicirello
Cicirello serves as the Assistant Vice President of ORH. He is involved in cost estimations and asset management. Cicirello has sixteen years of construction experience and over twenty years in real estate investment.
