A 36 unit single-family home development on 40 scattered lots within an existing single family subdivision located in Weslaco, Texas. All of the units in the community will be covered by income and rent restrictions. Odyssey is the fee developer and contractor for the Housing Authority of the City of Weslaco, WHA. The contractor broke ground on the project in July 2007 and was finished in April of 2008. 100% occupancy was reached within three months.
