A 250-unit new construction development for families of low and moderate income at or below 50% and 60% of AMFI located in Dallas, Texas, approximately 8 miles South of Downtown Dallas in the Pleasant Grove area. The site is located at 3131 Simpson Stuart Road near Paul Quinn College. The site is contiguous to the successful Homes of Persimmons development.  It was completed in June 2006 and achieved 100% occupancy in December 2006.
